• Customers may modify or cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing them.
• After 12 hours, orders are locked for processing and prepared for shipment, making them ineligible for changes or cancellations.

2. How to Modify or Cancel an Order

   • Order number (found in your Lomassita order confirmation email)
   • Specific details of your modification or cancellation request.

   [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].

3. Refunds for Cancellations or Modifications

• Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond with approval or denial within 1 business day.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the request.
  • Refunds for cancellations will reflect the full order value.
  • Refunds for modifications will correspond to the adjusted order value.
