Shipping Carriers

Lomassita partners with reputable carriers such as USPS, Ontrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others. The carrier used for your shipment depends on the delivery location and product specifics. Please note that carrier selection cannot be modified upon request. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

While we work to dispatch your order on time, delays caused by carriers due to holidays, severe weather, or natural events are beyond our control. However, we will assist in resolving any issues to protect your rights as a valued customer.


Business Days

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal legal holidays.


Processing Time

Orders typically require 3-5 business days for processing and preparation before shipping. Processing times may vary based on the product type.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and generally range from 12-17 business days. Factors like holidays or weather disruptions can affect this timeline. All shipments include a tracking link so you can monitor your package’s journey.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and number of items purchased:

  • Standard shipping fee: $5.99 per order

Shipping Locations

We offer worldwide shipping; however, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. If you have an account with us, you can also view your order status under the “My Account” section of our website. Guests who checked out without creating an account can use the tracking link in their email.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 4 days of the estimated delivery date. We will reprint and reship your order at no cost. If the tracking shows the order as delivered but you did not receive it, notify us immediately for assistance. In such cases, we may ask you to verify the shipping address or check with your local post office.


Incorrect Address

Providing an incorrect address may result in your package being returned to us. If this occurs, we will notify you and arrange reshipping, subject to additional charges:

  • $7 per item for U.S. reshipping
  • $10 per item for international reshipping

If the package is not returned, a new order will need to be placed.


Returned to Sender

Orders returned due to undeliverable addresses, customs issues, or recipient refusal will require additional shipping charges for reshipment. We will contact you to confirm how to proceed.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. Sometimes, packages are left in unexpected locations. Check with your courier and around your property before reaching out.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at [your contact email] with clear photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund to resolve the problem.
